Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information Explain product/service details clearly and confidently Build and maintain positive customer relationships Handle customer objections professionally Coordinate with the sales team for conversions

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Telecaller or similar role Good communication skills Ability to convince and negotiate with customers MS Office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
