Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Loan Sanction Intern (Telecaller)-
(Preferably Female)
to join our dynamic team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining loan products, and guiding them through the documentation and sanction process. This is a paid internship with a focus on developing communication, sales, and financial advisory skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our loan offerings.
Guide clients through the loan application and documentation process.
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update call records, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth approval and sanctioning.
Achieve daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in any discipline.
Prior experience in tele calling or customer service preferred (freshers welcome).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling client objections and providing solutions.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
Proficiency in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi) preferred.
Internship Details
Duration:
3 months (with potential for full-time offer based on performance)
Stipend:
?10,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on performance and interview assessment)
Work Mode:
On-site (Kondapur, Hyderabad)
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
