We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Caller with at least 1 year of prior experience in the EdTech industry. The role involves calling prospective students or parents, explaining available courses or programs, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.
Clearly explain educational programs, benefits, and outcomes to leads.
Maintain strong follow-up with leads to ensure conversions.
Record daily calls, feedback, and outcomes in CRM tools.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
Collaborate with counselors and admission teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Provide accurate information and handle objections professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an EdTech Telecalling role.
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Preferred:
Experience working with B2C educational products or services.
Background in sales or academic enrollment processes.
