We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated

Tele callers (Freshers)

to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products/services to clients over the phone. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a similar role is a plus. Minimum qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate]. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry. Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.
