We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads or close sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries and provide information.
Explain products or services in detail and handle objections.
Maintain records of conversations and update customer information in the database.
Follow up on previous calls and leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in [languages required e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
Ability to handle rejection and stress.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a call center or BPO industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and call tracking systems.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
