"Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken Telecallers to join the patient support and outreach team at Smart Vision Eye Hospital. The role involves following up with patients, managing inquiries, and driving footfalls by effectively communicating our services and building trust over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to follow up on OPD consultations and surgical recommendations
Handle incoming patient inquiries about treatments, procedures, and appointments
Convert leads from camps, referrals, and walk-ins into hospital visits
Take feedback from patients post-OPD and post-surgery
Follow up with patients who dropped off after initial consultation
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the system
Coordinate with front desk, counsellors, and doctors to schedule patient visits
Requirements
Good communication skills in English and local language(s)
Pleasant telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport
Prior experience in telecalling, healthcare, or customer service is a plus
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage)
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude
