Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information about hospital services and facilities.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Record and maintain patient details and call logs.
Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth communication and service delivery.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in Tamil and basic English).
Telephone etiquette and good listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
