to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting field sales activities. You'll play a crucial role in promoting our products to distributors, wholesalers, and retail clients, while ensuring customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact existing and potential customers via phone to promote FMCG products.
2. Understand customer needs and offer solutions based on product features and benefits.
3. Process orders accurately and efficiently using CRM/sales software.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain records of calls and sales and update customer information in the database.
6. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new potential clients.
7. Resolve customer inquiries and handle objections effectively.
8. Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure a seamless sales process.
9. Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity.
10. Credit Follow up (Track overdue accounts and escalate delays to the Sales Manager/ Customers).
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Target-driven with a positive and resilient attitude.
5. Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
6. Fluency in [English / Local Language] is required.
7. High school diploma; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience selling to distributors, retailers, or supermarkets.
2. Basic understanding of FMCG products and supply chain.
