We are looking for an enthusiastic

Telecaller / Telemarketer

to contribute to generating sales and leads for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Call existing and potential customers to inform them about products and services Generate leads and convert them into customers Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Enter and update customer information in the database Handle grievances and escalate to the appropriate departments if needed Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Follow up with interested prospects via phone or email

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Patience, persistence, and persuasive attitude High school diploma; additional education or sales training is a plus Language proficiency as required (e.g., English, regional languages) (Hindi,Kannada,Malayalam,Telugu will be an added advantage)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
