Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Caller / Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell immigration and overseas education services. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining visa and immigration options, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries Explain immigration, study abroad, and visa-related services clearly and confidently Understand client requirements and suggest suitable programs or countries Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client details Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Coordinate with the counseling and documentation team when required

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus) Experience in Tele calling, Tele sales, or immigration consultancy preferred Ability to convince and build rapport with clients Target-driven and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge
