TNB Analytical Lab is looking for a dynamic and motivated

Tele Caller

to join our team in

Trichy

. In this role, you will connect with potential customers to coordinate the collection of samples for laboratory testing, including food, water, animal feed, and pharmaceutical products. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading lab in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients (businesses, laboratories, etc.) via phone to arrange the collection of samples for testing. Provide detailed information about our lab testing services and answer any questions customers may have. Ensure accurate recording of customer details, sample requirements, and scheduling information. Schedule sample pickups, ensuring timely coordination between customers and the lab team. Meet daily/weekly outreach and sample collection targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing service satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Any degree (freshers are welcome to apply).

Experience:

0-1 years in Tele calling, customer service, or a related field (training will be provided).

Skills:

Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to handle queries efficiently.

Languages:

Proficiency in Tamil and/or English is required (additional languages are a plus).

Location:

Trichy.

Salary:

1 LPA - 1.2 LPA

(Based on experience and performance)
