Requirements & Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience in Telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Leadership Qualities - Atleast of 1 year of team leading experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Good understanding of the Study Visa and Tourist Visa application processes.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and tourists inquiring about Study Visas and Tourist Visas.
Provide detailed information about the visa application process, requirements, timelines, and documentation.
Respond to inbound calls from clients with questions related to visa applications, study programs, and tourism opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Schedule consultations and meetings with clients for detailed discussions or follow-up.
Meet or exceed individual and team call volume and performance targets.
Build strong relationships with clients and address any concerns or queries they may have.
Follow up with leads and provide continuous support through the application process.
Keep up-to-date with the latest visa rules, regulations, and updates to provide the best possible advice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
