Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar energy solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, database calling, and inbound inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solar solutions.
Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM/database regularly.
Follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
Requirements:
0-2 years
of experience in tele calling or inside sales (preferably in solar or renewable energy).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Strong knowledge of solar energy products is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
