. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding automobile and electronic products.
Clearly explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
Generate interest and schedule appointments or showroom visits.
Follow up with leads and ensure proper lead conversion.
Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
Work closely with the sales team for final closures.
Meet daily and monthly call & conversion targets.
Answer customer queries politely and professionally.
Skills & Requirements:
Experience: 0.6-2 years in Telecalling/Sales (Automobile/Electronics experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi or Bengali; English added advantage.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic product knowledge of automobiles & electronics preferred.
Computer literacy and CRM familiarity is an added advantage.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
