Sales & Customer Service Associate - Shalini Cabs Pvt. Ltd.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales & Customer Service Associate
who will be responsible for managing client enquiries, converting leads into bookings, building strong relationships with drivers, and supporting investor onboarding. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong sales capabilities, and the ability to handle customer and driver interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website leads) and convert them into confirmed cab bookings.
Explain service offerings, packages, business models, and pricing to customers.
Maintain high lead-to-booking conversion ratio.
Follow up with potential clients for closures and repeat business.
2. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Provide end-to-end assistance to clients from enquiry to trip completion.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Driver Pool & Operations Handling
Coordinate with drivers for booking allotments and trip updates.
Maintain driver roster, availability, performance tracking, and discipline.
Ensure drivers follow company policies, behaviour standards, and customer service guidelines.
4. Investor & Partner Conversion
Explain Shalini Cabs business models and opportunities to potential investors.
Convince drivers/owners to join our platform under Sahakar Taxi Model, Rental Model, DSE Model, etc.
Build trust and long-term relationships with partners and car owners.
5. Communication & Reporting
Communicate in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
as needed.
Maintain CRM records, daily booking reports, and performance logs.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Driver Management teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong
sales and negotiation skills
.
Excellent
English speaking ability
(Hindi/Marathi added advantage).
Confident on phone calls and customer interaction.
Ability to convince investors, car owners, and drivers.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of cab services, bookings, and operations is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in Sales / Customer Service / Travel / Cab Industry preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
