Contact potential customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp to introduce hospitality and wellness services.
Generate and qualify leads for room bookings, wellness packages, and events.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Share promotional offers and packages with clients.
Schedule appointments and coordinate client visits when required.
Maintain strong relationships with guests and clients to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally, providing accurate information about services.
Record customer feedback and share with the concerned department for improvement.
Support marketing campaigns by reaching out to target audiences.
Update clients about ongoing promotions, seasonal offers, and wellness programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team for tele-marketing drives and data collection.
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records.
Prepare weekly summaries of call performance and lead conversions.
Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.
