Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote KoffeeKodes services
Provide information about products and services to potential customers
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
