We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing accurate information to clients about our products/services. The goal is to generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about the company's products or services.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential leads and ensure consistent communication.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the sales/marketing team.
