Telecaller Sales Executive -

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote company services (production, media & entertainment). Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers. Maintain client database and update CRM regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Build strong client relationships and handle queries effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months-2 years of telesales/telecalling experience. Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English). Ability to handle objections and close sales. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Sales Team Leader -

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of telecaller sales executives. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure team achievement. Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the team. Handle escalated client queries and resolve issues. Prepare sales reports and share updates with management. Drive business growth by strategizing sales plans.

Requirements:

Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the entertainment/production industry. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Strong sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
