Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Keep records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Maintain and update customer database regularly.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: [Graduate preferred]
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in [English/Hindi]
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
