Vihaan Solar is hiring an enthusiastic and target-driven
Telecaller Sales Executive
to promote and sell solar energy solutions through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the solar or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to solar solutions
Explain solar products, benefits, and cost savings clearly to customers
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the field sales team
Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth lead conversion
Maintain customer data in CRM or Excel
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Proven experience as a telecaller or sales executive
Solar industry experience preferred
Good communication and convincing skills in Odia, Hindi (English preferred)
Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
