We are looking for a

Telecaller / Sales Executive

to handle client calls and generate leads. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, researching and qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities



Make

outbound calls

to potential clients and explain company services. Handle

inbound inquiries

and provide accurate information.

Identify and generate leads

through research, references, and market databases. Maintain and update

client database/CRM

with call logs and follow-ups. Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups. Meet and exceed

weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets

. Build long-term client relationships through effective communication.

Requirements



Minimum

12th pass

, Graduate preferred. 0-2 years of experience in

telecalling / telesales / lead generation

(Freshers with strong communication can apply). Strong communication skills in

Hindi & English

. Ability to

find, research, and qualify leads

from the market. Basic knowledge of

MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools

. Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented personality.
