EcoDigiBoost is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Sales Executive cum Telecaller
to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our services, and converting inquiries into customers over the phone and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
Explain digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.) to prospective clients.
Generate and nurture qualified leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Schedule client meetings and demos for the sales/marketing team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client responses in CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasive skills (Hindi & English).
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided).
Good telecalling or sales background preferred.
Target-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
0.6 - 2 years of experience in telecalling/sales/digital marketing preferred
