Telecaller
will be responsible for :
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and interact with students via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Explain course details clearly and convincingly to prospective students.
Understand students' needs and provide appropriate counseling.
Maintain and update the contact database regularly.
Follow up with interested candidates and ensure timely communication.
Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate department for further action.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales and communication strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
1 years of experience
in telecalling, counseling, or sales roles (preferably in the education or ed-tech sector).
Proficiency in spoken English is essential. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
Good understanding of Professional Commerce Courses (training can be provided if required).
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain calm under pressure.
