Tele-Caller

Role & Responsibility:

Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for Green Brick Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers Considering the details of each offering and staying side by the side of updates to these contributions. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading
Background

Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role Excellent knowledge of the English language Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems Should have following Skill:- Persuasion, Telephone Sales, Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills Selling to Customer Needs & Closing Skills
Desired Profile

Industry - PEB, Construction, Warehousing, Turnkey solution, Real estate
Qualification - High school diploma; B.sc/BA will be added advantage,

Compensation will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
