Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our growing team at MetaBlock Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, and helping convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products and services clearly and confidently. Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-ups. Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets. Build and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn. Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
