Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills? We're looking for talented Female Telecalling Executives to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and contribute to our growing success.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and provide information about promotions or offers.
2. Lead Generation: Generate leads and set appointments for sales representatives through proactive calling and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our products/services.
4. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update contact information, and track sales leads in the CRM system.
5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align telecalling activities with overall business objectives and strategies.
7. Feedback Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer insights, market trends, and opportunities for improvement in telecalling processes.
8. Adherence to Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while conducting telecalling activities.
Requirements:
1. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English with clear pronunciation and effective verbal communication skills.
2. Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers and address their needs professionally.
3. Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers, overcome objections, and convince them to take desired actions.
4. Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during challenging situations.
5. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the team's success.
6. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office applications, and internet browsing.
7. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service roles will be an advantage.
