Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

-Must be fluent in Punjabi (mandatory)

-Basic knowledge of Hindi/English will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

-Make outgoing calls to prospective clients

-Handle inquiries and provide basic information about services

-Maintain call records and client follow-ups

-Schedule appointments for the counseling team
