Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female

Tele Caller

with prior

real estate experience

to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have

excellent English communication skills

along with fluency in

regional languages

and must be residing

within a 5 km radius of Sarjapur

.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on property inquiries Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about real estate projects Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers clearly Generate and qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team Maintain and update customer data in CRM or lead management systems Follow up regularly with existing and potential clients Coordinate with sales and site teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Tele Caller in the Real Estate industry

Excellent verbal communication skills in

English

Fluency in

Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil

(any 2-3 regional languages mandatory) Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems Ability to work independently and meet calling targets

Other Requirements

Female candidate preferred

Must be staying

within 5 km radius of Sarjapur

(local candidates only) Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
