Qualification: Graduate

Location: Surya Nagar, East Delhi

Experience: 6 months min

Salary: 10k - 20k + incentive(based on performance)

Shift Timing: 11 am to 7 pm

Week Off: Wednesday

Gender Preference: Female

Skills:

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)

2. Good communication in English and Convincing skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

2. Provide information about real estate projects and services.

3. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

4. Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

5. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

6. Handle customer queries effectively and professionally.

7. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and further engagement.

8. Maintain daily call records and prepare regular reports.

9. Responsible for listing product/Service on different portal related to Real Estate.
