Provide detailed and accurate information about university courses, fees, eligibility, scholarships, and campus facilities.
Respond to inquiries received via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, online platforms, education fairs, and walk-ins.
Encourage students to visit the campus or attend counseling sessions.
Counsel students regarding course selection, admission procedures, and career prospects.
Guide parents on documentation, fee payments, and timelines.
Maintain call logs, inquiry registers, and daily follow-up records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up reports.
Share feedback from students or parents with the admission team
