Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and friendly

Tele Caller (Public Relations)

to manage client communication and satisfaction calls. The person will handle coordination between our Punjab & Haryana branches, check client feedback, solve their queries, and share reports with the related department.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with

Punjab and Haryana state branches

to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery. Call and follow up with clients from different branches to confirm their satisfaction with our services. Collect client feedback and record any issues, complaints, or improvement suggestions. Resolve client queries politely or forward them to the right department/person for action. Maintain accurate records of all calls, feedback, and follow-up updates. Prepare daily/weekly reports and share them with the reporting manager or concerned team. Support the PR and client service team with any coordination or follow-up tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Education:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years in tele-calling, customer support, or client relations.

Skills:

Strong communication in

Hindi and English

(Punjabi is an added advantage). Good listening skills and a polite, professional phone manner. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email). Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle multiple client conversations efficiently.
