Telecaller
Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM | Mon-Fri | Onsite | Sector 74, Mohali

We are looking for a Telecaller to support our freight forwarding business through effective communication and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a related educational background.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound/cold calls to potential clients. Generate leads and qualify prospects for the sales team. Maintain call records and follow-up schedules. Explain freight forwarding services and understand client needs. Share call updates and market feedback with the team.
Qualifications:
Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred). Excellent communication skills. Experience in telecalling or lead generation is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
