Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to promote and sell Ayurvedic products.
Explain product benefits and usage details clearly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with
distributors and dealers
- guide them, take orders, manage dispatch, and follow up regularly.
Handle
new distributor and dealer openings
through direct outreach or leads from social media advertisements.
Generate bills and update entries in
QuickBooks
.
Maintain accurate communication and follow-up with customers and partners.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of telesales or customer service experience.
Excellent command of English.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Ayurvedic products is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or QuickBooks preferred.
