Role Summary
The Field Verifier is responsible for conducting end to end on Property verifications and providing training to brokers for
Key Responsibilities:

system.
3. Follow up with clients for documents, payments, or other operational requirements.
4. Adhere to quality standards and call scripts while maintaining a professional tone.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. Strong verbal communication in English/Hindi.
2.Basic computer knowledge MS Excel, Email, CRM tools

Self Verification workflows. The role also performs Paid Owner/DSLR verification, supports Owner To Let, and provides Site Visit assistance to prospects (Buyer/tenants)
Key Responsibilities
1) Broker Training Self Verification

  • Deliver structured training to brokers on the Self Verification process (mobile app usage, Image capture, geo tagging, photo/video standards, consent procedures, and submission workflows).
  • Run regular refresher sessions; create and share quick reference.
2) Paid Owner / DSLR Verification
  • Schedule and conduct paid owner verification
  • Close verifications within SLAs
3) Owner To Let
  • Assist owners in listing/onboarding on field.
4) Site Visit Assistance
  • Coordinate and accompany prospective tenants/buyers during scheduled site visits.
  • Facilitate property access, ensure safety and professionalism, address basic queries
5) Compliance, Reporting & Tools
  • Maintain strict compliance with verification SOPs, data protection, and consent requirements.
  • SLA adherence is must, provided with internal tools for reporting and updating data.
  • Company asset handling is on priority.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 1-3 years of field operations, verification, real estate, or customer facing experience.
  • Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is plus)
  • Comfortable with smartphone based workflows, basic CRM apps, forms.
  • Ability to read basic documents in email.
  • Two wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
