ALPHA TEAM:

Reach out to potential audience to present our product and service offering Learn details about our courses and fees structure regularly Always provide correct information to the students Address any questions or issues students may have Always strive towards meeting sales targets Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales team Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day Provide Training to other telemarketers when required Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to the manager Always communicate respectfully and politely with customers. Always enter and update customer information in the Zoho Platform. Follow ups should be done over Email, Messages, What's app regularly
