Role Overview

We are looking for a

Tele Caller (Credit Controller)

to manage and follow up on outstanding receivables from customers. This role involves frequent communication via phone and email to ensure timely payments.

Contact customers (primarily in the UAE) through phone and email for payment follow-ups Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status Build professional relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment cycles Coordinate with the accounts team to track receivables and resolve payment issues

Candidate Requirements

Smart and proactive

individual with good coordination skills

Fluency in English (spoken)

is mandatory, as the role involves communication with UAE clients Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills Prior experience in telecalling/credit control will be an advantage
