Respond to and resolve customer questions, concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
Provide accurate product or service information and guide customers appropriately.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM or support systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels following defined processes.
Assist with tracking and following up on customer requests and feedback.
Strive to achieve performance targets such as first-call resolution and customer satisfaction ratings.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) to ensure service quality.
