Job Responsibilities



Lead Calling & Conversion

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Convert cold leads into warm or hot leads through effective communication and persuasion. Follow up with interested leads to close sales or schedule appointments.

Customer Interaction

Handle inbound queries politely and professionally, providing accurate information about products or services. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Address customer concerns or objections and provide suitable solutions.

Database Management

Maintain detailed call logs and update the CRM with relevant customer information. Ensure all data (contact details, feedback, call status) is recorded accurately. Segment and categorize leads based on interaction and interest level (Hot, Warm, Cold).

Communication & Follow-ups

Send follow-up messages, emails, or reminders to leads and clients. Coordinate with field sales or marketing teams for scheduling meetings or demonstrations. Maintain consistency in follow-up calls to ensure customer engagement.

Reporting & Feedback

Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with the team leader or manager. Collect customer feedback to improve product presentation and sales strategy. Highlight recurring issues or customer insights to management.

Target Achievement

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Stay motivated and maintain high call productivity. Work under pressure to achieve sales and lead generation goals.

Team Coordination

Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to refine campaign strategies. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Share best practices and assist in improving team efficiency.

Professional Conduct

Maintain a courteous tone and follow company communication protocols. Adhere to scripts while customizing conversations based on customer responses. Respect customer privacy and comply with company policies on data security.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:

Telecalling: 1 year (Required) Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
