What we are looking for!



We are looking for a

Telecaller

to lead and coordinate health-related interventions under the

Vriddha Mitra

Plus

program. They manage inbound/outbound calls for elderly clients, ensuring timely service booking, structured feedback, and app support in line with VM+ standards.

Job duties and responsibilities



Client Handling:


- Greet and assist callers using approved scripts.
- Confirm service needs, book appointments, and provide app guidance.
- Collect structured feedback post-service.

Call Management:


- Target: 30-40 calls/day.
- Maintain call logs with complete details.
- Submit daily report by 6:30 PM.

App & Service Support:


- Help clients with app installation and usage.
- Raise IT tickets for unresolved app issues.

Conduct & Confidentiality:


- Follow elderly-friendly communication.
- Sign and adhere to confidentiality agreements.
- Maintain a respectful and professional tone.

Weekly quality checks and feedback sessions.


- Step 1: Supervisor
- Step 2: Field/App Team
- Step 3: Service Manager (within 4 hrs for critical cases)

Required qualifications, experience and skills

.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi. Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and community health workers. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office management tools.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
