Job Title: Telecaller (Travel Agency)

Location: Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our travel agency team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting travel packages, assisting customers with queries, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

*Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain travel packages.

*Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about tours, flights, and hotel bookings.

*Maintain a customer database and follow up on leads regularly.
*Coordinate with the sales and operations team to confirm bookings.
*Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
*Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

*Good communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi).
*Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages preferred.
*Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
*Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
*Previous experience in travel or telecalling will be an added advantage.
