Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products or services and answer queries.
Follow up on previous contacts and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Handle complaints or escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow-up calls.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication skills in [mention language(s) like English, Hindi, etc.].
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Patience, confidence, and a pleasant phone manner.
