Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up on leads and conduct market surveys. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer complaints or escalate to relevant departments when necessary. Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge.

Required Skills:



Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:



Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
