Maintain a record of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with field teams and healthcare staff.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.
6 mths + years of tele calling experience preferred, especially in healthcare, insurance, or service industry.
Excellent communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Basic computer and MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
