The Face Company is a premium aesthetic and skin wellness clinic offering high-end aesthetic treatments and a refined client experience. We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller who can handle client inquiries, schedule appointments, and support our customer engagement team with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and service-related questions
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and client engagement
Maintain call logs, appointment schedules, and databases
Provide accurate information about treatments, pricing, and ongoing offers
Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth client experience
Build strong rapport with clients and maintain service quality standards
Assist in basic front-desk coordination when required
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as Telecaller/Customer Service Executive
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Polished and professional telephone etiquette
Ability to explain services clearly and confidently
Experience in the beauty/aesthetic/healthcare industry preferred
Strong follow-up skills and client relationship management
Well-presented and comfortable working in a luxury environment
