We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller- Lead conversion to join our team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students over the phone, provide information about our courses, and guide them through the admission process. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy building rapport, and are eager to work in a target-based environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote courses and programs.
Answer incoming inquiries and provide detailed information on admission procedures, course structures, fees, and schedules.
Understand the needs of students and recommend suitable academic programs.
Maintain follow-up communication to ensure conversions from leads to admissions.
Update and manage student interaction records in CRM software.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Ability to commute/relocate to Coimbatore.
