We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will ensure a smooth admission process, handle student and parent interactions effectively, and support admissions and sales activities to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities to generate leads.
Contact potential customers through calls, messages and meetings.
Explain products/services to clients clearly.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain client relationships for repeat business.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Update daily activities in CRM/software.
Requirements:
Good Communication & Presentation skills.
Ability to convince and handle clients.
Basic computer knowledge(Excel,CRM)
Self motivated and Target driven.
