ConceptNXT Technologies LLP is looking for energetic and experienced Tele Callers to join our inside sales and customer engagement team. Candidates with experience in the IT service industry will be preferred. The role includes lead generation, follow-up calls, appointment scheduling, and supporting the sales team with qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain IT services & solutions.
Generate new leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Perform regular follow-up calls to maintain strong customer engagement.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product/service details.
Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
2-3 years of experience as a Tele Caller or Inside Sales Executive in an IT service or IT solutions company.
Strong communication, listening, and customer handling skills.
Ability to understand and explain IT services such as:Cyber Security solutions (firewalls, endpoint security, email security, MDM, etc.),Cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), IT Hardware solutions (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices).
Knowledge in the above areas will be considered a strong value-added advantage.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proactive, target oriented, and self-motivated.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations.
Education:
Any degree with strong communication and sales aptitude.
