Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, handling inbound queries, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for renewals Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries or resolve issues Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM/sheet Achieve daily/monthly call and renewal targets Provide accurate information and create a positive customer experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
