Tele caller

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Tele caller - Sales

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services. Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales. Maintain customer database and update call records regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Work closely with the sales team to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any graduate Proven experience as a tele caller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary 16K-18K
